I do not even know where I came across this but..it was sooo beautiful and it said the words I have been feeling but was not able to express in words myself. I recently lost my boyfriend of 12 years. I wear this everyday. I love it. It is smaller in size and the chain you can wear close around your neck or hook it in the link part for a longer necklace. I bought this as a gift for my mother-in-law. It is very high quality and beautifully made. She is a hard person to impress, but she said the necklace is the most beautiful thing she has ever seen. She lost her youngest son, who was my husband's only sibling, in July. My brother-in-law provided 24/7 care for my father-in-law for 6 weeks prior to his going into hospice with end stage lung cancer. Then he unexpectedly but peacefully passed of a heart attack a week after his dad. My mother-in-law and father-in-law were long divorced, but were still friends. Losing him and then their youngest child so close together has been overwhelming for her. This necklace brings her comfort and she asked that we bury her with it when her time comes. She can't believe how much the sentiment and the hummingbirds speak to how she's feeling.

Back in the end of August we lose our precious fur girl. It was one of the hardest losses. Shine on came up in my search and when I seen this charm my fiancee said order it!
Well, because I went thru several ways I wanted it engraved and thought I had it ready and sent the order in.
It was a fairly quick turn around. Faster than most companies I have read reviews on. When on received it I was disappointed I screwed up. It took me a month to contact the company. Thought for sure I would have to settle for what I received.
Absolutely, NOT! The customer service I had was exceptional. She told me that they would do a brand new charm. Asked how I wanted it engraved and sent me what is on the re-engraved picture. Just received the new charm and please beyond words and told me to keep the other one. So that will be put on top of the box my fur baby's ashes.
